Breaking Changes From The Previous Version

• results.html page changed to offline-results.html - Update the check for the final page in your app before syncing the results.

• offline-results.html functions have been removed and replaced in the sample app with a simple call to localStorage to get the values.

• all packages are in a new format and will need to be replaced/re-downloaded on the user's device and progress reset for users in-progress.

• initWithPackageId now has remoteCredentials as a required input parameter. This will be used in an upcoming update, but is empty for now.
